1. Before starting the machine, first add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the gearbox, to 2/3 of the horizontal axis.
2. Choose the power line matching with the motor, wired by professional electrician, and steer in the same direction as the sign.
3. When the equipment is idle, all the adjusting bolts of the rolling wheel bracket should be loosened, and the idling time should not be too long, otherwise the rolling wheel will accelerate the wear and tear.
4. Dosing is a key part of pelleting. According to the different breeding livestock, the ingredients are not the same. General ingredients are: 100 pounds of corn flour, bran, soybean meal, grass flour, etc., add 6-7% pounds of water, after mixing the mixture. The water is added differently when the feed is dry or wet. The way to distinguish is: clutch the mixed feed in your hand, slightly force the material can form a ball, when you let go of the hand and can slowly disperse as appropriate. If you add too little water, you will not be able to roll the particles; if you add too much water, the particles will be soft, hard and fragile.
5. When the equipment is used for the first time, the template for pelleting should be grinded, and the die hole should be polished first, so that the pellets can be easily extruded, otherwise it is not easy to produce pellets. The grinding method is as follows:
6.(1). Firstly, rotate the adjusting bolt of the rolling wheel downwards by hand, so that there is no gap between the rolling wheel and the template.
(2). Take 20 market pounds of the above mixed feed, then add one market pound of vegetable oil, stir and mix well, and set aside.
(3). Start the machine and when it is running smoothly, first grab two or three handfuls of the oiled material by hand and spread it evenly into the template. Then use a spanner to slowly try to turn the adjusting bolt until particles are extruded from the machine outlet. Do not be in a hurry and add material little by little; if you add a large amount of material at the beginning, it will cause the machine to suddenly hold the car or block the formwork.
(4). After the machine has extruded the pellets, continue to add the oil by hand according to the discharge. Note: Do not let the material exceed half of the rolling wheel! Observe the speed of the two rolling wheels, is the speed adjusted to be the same? Adjustment method: If the rotational speed is slow on either side, press down on the bolt on the other side. If the adjustment does not work, loosen the bolt on the other end slightly and then adjust it again.
(5). Wait until the pellets can come out continuously and the material can no longer be supplied by hand before filling the hopper with material. Repeat the process with the oiled and extruded pellet material, observe the pellets, if the surface is bright and shiny, the grinding plate grinding work is completed.
(6). If the mould holes are blocked and the pellets cannot be extruded, stop the machine. Clean up the formwork and use a steel nail or a hand drill to poke the holes through. Then, follow the above steps again.
(7). Do not throw away the material and pellets with oil, but keep them in a separate tub. After each process, also put the oiled feed into the machine and "scrub" the mould holes. Only when you see that the pellets are all oiled can you stop working. At this point, the material in the die hole is all soft material with oil, so the next time you use it, you don't need to pass the hole manually, you can directly add material to produce. If you forget to add oil, the hard material in the die hole will block the hole and the next time you work, you have to poke through the hole with a steel nail or a hand drill before you can produce.
