Puffing machine operating instructions

Turn on the machine

1, open the main motor, check the machine operation, steering is normal. 2, open the cut-off motor, adjust the distance between the cutter and the abrasive.

3, pour a small amount of water into the machine inlet, mix the material into the inlet in small amounts.

4, to be extruded from the machine out of the mouth of the material micro-increase the speed of discharge. 5, open the lower feeder, with the machine temperature rises gradually increase the speed of discharge.

6, check whether the machine puffed material cut off uniformly, if cut off unevenly micro debugging the distance between the cutter and the abrasive.

Stop the machine

1, stop feeding, close the automatic feeder.

2, to be puffed choke material all extruded, close the knife power, the knife table shaking out of the cut-off range.

3、Shut down the main power of the machine.

4, take off the cutter passport, pull out the table shaft, swing to one side. 5, quickly unload the head. Disassembly of the head in front of the machine is prohibited, so as not to be burned by the steam in the machine.
